These people think that they can bargain with empty pockets, India does not have Uranium resrves to go into the Third stage. So from where do the Politburo leaders get the energy sequirity foe india. Or are they bent on making India kneel down while the Chinese father of all their idelogies dances with the US and builds up there country. Idiologies are good but the country should come first, The Chinese have been the hard nosed practicals to demeonstrate this. If Idiology comes in way of growth for the country the choice is very simple the latter should go.
